Our apartment rental price includes all essential utilities to ensure a hassle-free living experience. This means that electricity, Wi-Fi, heating, and water are all covered in the monthly rent. You can enjoy the convenience of having these services readily available without any additional costs. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and worry-free environment, allowing you to focus on your studies and enjoy your time in Montreal.
There are 3 rooms available, each with a bed, desk, chair and dresser/closet. The apartment has a new bathroom, new kitchen (shared) and comes fully furnished with a washer and dryer for your laundry. We do not furnish meals but have a very large fridge at your disposal and a stove.
